The MTD 990 4-stoke Brushcutter has a powerful 29cc engine making it ideal both for mowing overgrown grass - particularly useful for those areas that are inaccessible to your lawnmower - and for tackling weeds and overgrowth around your borders. It is fitted with a spring-assisted Automatic Starting System for quick, effortless starts every time and requires just the lightest of touches to pull the starter cord. Supplied with shoulder harness for added comfort, this straight-shaft petrol brushcutter comes with double handles for a more relaxed operating position and is supplied with both 20cm metal blade and a nylon line-head which cuts a wide 46cm swathe. The nylon line used is 2.41mm in diameter ensuring less breakages during use. This versatile 4-stroke brushcutter from MTD will run smoothly at any angle and has a good sized 0.41 litre fuel tank for fewer stops to refuel.
