 | Geranium Pastorale Mixed F2 - Primed Seeds Average Seeds 30 This elegant mixture of pastel shades is the ideal pot and patio item. The early flowering plants last all summer, giving an impressive display. Dobies Primed Seed is achieved by a non chemical process, where the seeds imbibe a controlled amount of moisture over a set period of time. They are then kept at a constant moisture level and tumbling gently for 7 to 14 days. This brings them to the point of germination but is insufficient for the radicle to emerge. The seeds are then held in suspended animation until despatched to our customers. When sown they burst into growth with increased vigour. The 'Drum priming' process was developed by Dr. Hugh Rowse at HRI Wellesbourne. Please order promptly to avoid disappointment. Easy to grow. Height 30-38cm (12-15"). Primed seed should be sown immediately on receipt If a delay is likely, store in a fridge at 5°C. This will give optimum germination. More resistance to disease attack....more
